Custodial Services

The City of St. Cloud needs a contractor to provide custodial services at various city facilities in St. Cloud, Florida. The requested scope includes cleaning materials, proper trash liners, cleaning and disinfecting telephones, floor care such as stripping, refinishing, and machine scrubbing non-resilient hard surfaces, as well as carpet care using approved HEPA-certified vacuums and dry or extraction cleaning methods. Bidding is open to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 27, 2026, at 9:00 am, submit questions by 5:00 pm on November 6, 2026, and submit electronic responses via OpenGov by 10:00 am on November 19, 2026. Submittals must include a bid bond equal to five percent of the bid price schedule, and the city will evaluate proposals based on submittals, the pre-bid conference, references, and investigations into bidder qualifications and responsibility. The estimated project cost is to be determined.
