Municipal Ice plex Naming Rights Service

The Town of Leader is seeking interested businesses and organizations to secure the naming rights for its municipal Iceplex in Leader, Saskatchewan. The selected proponent will grant a financial contribution to the Town, incorporate its name into the facility's official name, and cover all costs related to the design, fabrication, and installation of new exterior lighted signage subject to Town approval. Eligibility is limited to Canadian onshore organizations. Applicants must submit signed proposals by email to Erin Romanuik, CAO, at [email protected] by 4:00 pm local time on November 12, 2026, with the required subject line. Submissions must detail the proposed facility name, financial offer, payment structure, proposed agreement term, legal proponent information, and any conditions or relevant extra information. The Town will evaluate proposals to ensure they meet RFP requirements and plans to award the project on November 17, 2026.
