Grant Administration Support Services

The County of San Diego seeks quotes from firms to provide grant administration support services for arts and culture opportunities. The selected vendor must develop public-facing materials, manage a user-friendly online application website, conduct multilingual outreach and technical assistance, implement an application screening and weighted random draw process, and manage tracking, recipient compliance, and reporting. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Offerors must submit complete, signed quotes electronically in PDF format via BuyNet, or alternatively via email to Contracting Officer Julie Searight or as electronic files/printed copies to the Purchasing and Contracting front desk. Questions are due by October 23, 2026, prior to 5:00 p.m. San Diego time, and quotes must be submitted by November 3, 2026, prior to 5:00 p.m. San Diego time. The anticipated contract term includes an initial 1.5-year base period followed by four 1-year option periods, and pricing must be placed separately within the Cost/Price exhibit.
