Security Officer Services

The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District requires qualified security officer service companies to supply professionally trained, armed and unarmed, uniformed security officers on a scheduled basis, for roving patrols, and for special events. Duties include monitoring daily log activity, managing time sheets and payroll, providing guard touring and security operations technology, protecting district property, employees, and patrons, patrolling library areas hourly, assisting in emergency situations, raising and lowering flags, and directing patrons to service desks. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Responses must be submitted digitally via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) system by November 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PST, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026. The buyer seeks cost proposals, and awarded bidders must provide required insurance certificates within 10 calendar days of award.
