Psychological Services

The State of Delaware requires a qualified USA-based vendor to provide offsite psychological services for participating state agencies. The selected vendor must conduct pre-employment psychological evaluations, fit-for-duty assessments, post-incident evaluations, weapon qualification or reinstatement evaluations, critical incident stress debriefings, and other specialized assessments. Referrals initiated by human resource personnel will require the vendor to administer a comprehensive psychological test battery, conduct a structured clinical interview and mental status examination, and deliver face-to-face, virtual, or hybrid evaluations based on agency requests. Applicants must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than October 26, 2026.
