Speech Therapy Services

Jefferson County Public Health Service seeks speech therapy services to determine client needs, deliver direct corrective therapy, develop rehabilitation programs, counsel families, evaluate progress, and consult with staff. Eligible onshore USA organizations must perform work offsite and maintain required insurance coverages, including Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability, Disability, Commercial General Liability, Motor Vehicle Liability, and Professional Liability. The contract period will last three years. Proposers must submit sealed proposals electronically via the Jefferson County Purchasing Department webpage, in person, or by mail to the Jefferson County Purchasing Department by Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Submissions via fax or email are prohibited. All questions must be submitted through the Jefferson County Purchasing Department bid portal, and the county will evaluate completed proposals to award a contract.
