Strategy and Organizational Review Consultant Service

Greater Rochester Health Foundation requires a qualified consultant or consulting firm to review its current Strategic Framework, develop its next five-year Strategic Framework, and conduct an organizational assessment. The selected vendor must deliver an updated strategic framework and an implementation framework featuring governance, staffing, resource allocation, and organizational structure recommendations. Offsite work is allowed, but eligible onshore global worldwide applicants must possess experience working with private foundations, small grassroots organizations, marginalized populations, communities of color, and rural communities. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via Submittable by November 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Proposals must detail vendor expertise, Finger Lakes Region knowledge, scope of services, stakeholder engagement strategies, team composition, and a cost proposal containing all estimated fees and expenses. Evaluation includes potential virtual interviews during the week of January 4, 2027, leading to final consultant selection on January 28, 2027, and project kickoff in February 2027.
