Appreciative Inquiry Training Service

The New York City Administration for Children’s Services seeks a provider to develop, tailor, and deliver an Appreciative Inquiry training and capacity-building program for Family Enrichment Centers across NYC's five boroughs. The selected vendor must establish a shared foundation of strengths-based practice, cultivate internal practitioners, and foster sustainable peer-learning structures. Eligibility is restricted to US-based organizations holding a current ACS Family Enrichment Center contract. Work will occur offsite under a 28-month contract running from March 1, 2027, through June 30, 2029, with options for two 3-year renewals. Total funding cannot exceed $650,000. Interested applicants must submit a completed Questionnaire and Proposal Budget Template electronically via the PASSPort system by November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. Written questions must be emailed to [email protected] by November 2, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference will take place on October 22, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications and experience, budget, and cost efficiency and overall value.
