Janitorial Maintenance Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority needs a contractor to provide janitorial maintenance services, including labor, equipment, uniforms, and specific cleaning supplies, at the Orlando International Airport and Orlando Executive Airport satellite buildings. Scope of work encompasses floor care, glass cleaning, vacuuming, spot cleaning, trash removal, and restroom restocking to maintain clean and uniform facility spaces. Eligibility is limited to certified Local Developing Businesses with a principal place of business located in Orange, Osceola, Lake, or Seminole Counties in Florida. Eligible USA organizations must demonstrate at least three years of continuous, recent experience in providing relevant janitorial services. Additionally, vendors must submit required compliance certifications, satisfy specific workers' compensation, employer's liability, and pollution liability insurance conditions, and furnish a performance bond or irrevocable standby letter of credit upon award. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026. Minimum requirements are evaluated on a pass/fail basis before proposals undergo further evaluation. Respondents must submit price tables, questionnaires, and affirmative statements as outlined in the solicitation instructions.
