A Strengthening Families Program Service

The Cape May County Board of County Commissioners seeks a provider for a Strengthening Families Program targeting youth ages 10 to 14 and their families in New Jersey. The selected vendor must deliver four units of the 7-session program, recruit countywide participants, supply incentives of at least $175 per family, and provide daycare, shared family meals, and specialized learning sessions. Work is performed offsite, and the provider must capture unduplicated programmatic data for the county. The solicitation is open to USA onshore organizations.
