South Africa - National Digital Human Settlements Management System

The Department of Human Settlements seeks a service provider for the analysis, design, and development of the National Digital Human Settlements Management System (NDHSMS) for a 36-month contract. The requested system must provide an intuitive, multi-language interface accessible on desktop and mobile devices, featuring a database management system, online registration, application verification, automated housing allocations, and modules covering beneficiaries, land, infrastructure, projects, finances, reporting, and offline capabilities. Performance of the work will be offsite in South Africa. Only onshore South African organizations are eligible to bid, and project resources must hold South African citizenship.
