Nutrition Assistant Services Including Assessments, Counseling, and Food Package Tailoring

The State of Hawaii seeks a vendor to provide onshore, onsite nutrition assistant services. The required scope includes providing full nutrition assessments and risk factor assignments, nutrition counseling, assigning and tailoring food packages, offering breastfeeding support and education counseling, and making referrals to health and social service programs. To be eligible, vendors must operate within the United States and satisfy state compliance requirements via Hawaii Compliance Express or valid paper documentation showing tax and labor law compliance. Applicants must submit their proposals electronically through Aloha eBUYS and include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges in the submitted proposal price.
