Charter Bus Services

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas requires a contractor to provide charter bus services for events, field trips, athletic travel, and recruiting. The requested scope includes operating charter bus services safely, providing responsible drivers, utilizing vehicles less than ten years old equipped with operating heating, air conditioning, televisions with DVD capabilities, public address systems, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits, and maintaining 24-hour dispatching. To be eligible, bidders must be US-based onshore organizations with a minimum of five years of experience providing charter bus services, a satisfactory DOT rating, and authorized insurance in Nevada. Submissions can be sent digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026. The initial contract term is one year, with UNLV retaining unilateral options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms and extend for up to ninety days. The solicitation invites proposals to establish the contract budget.
