Fuel Card Services

Augusta, Georgia requests proposals for fuel card services on behalf of the Central Services Department - Fleet Management. The required scope includes a fraud prevention and security system, real-time alerts, a mobile application, data encryption, multi-factor authentication, and card management features to track card statuses, issue dates, expirations, and transaction histories. Onshore (USA only) bidders must perform the work onsite, submit all questions by October 30, 2026, and accommodate a one-year contract term. Submittals are due by November 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Bidders must deliver submittals during normal office hours using two separately sealed physical envelopes—one for the technical qualifications and one for the cost proposal fee schedule—along with one electronic version on a USB drive containing two separate files. Email proposals will not be accepted. Bidders must also provide Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Program documentation in a separate sealed envelope labeled M/WBE Forms. Proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation document.
