Fund Administrator Service

The buyer needs a vendor to provide offsite fund administrator services for the NeuroCatalyst Commercialization Fund for a government authority in New York. The scope of work includes appointing a dedicated point of contact to lead outreach and marketing; developing a website or web copy; creating and distributing marketing materials; managing application processes and a cloud evaluation platform; and recruiting mentor networks and expert reviewer panels. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Respondents must submit technical proposals digitally via a designated Dropbox link by 2:00 PM ET on November 18, 2026, and direct all questions to [email protected] by October 30, 2026. Proposals must use 12 pt Times New Roman font, not exceed 25 pages, include specified administrative and diversity forms, and contain justifications for non-salary budget items. ESD's Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity will award up to 10 points for Diversity Practices based on Appendix B.
