Reflective Sign Sheeting Service

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing requires a vendor to provide a reflective sign sheeting service, which includes supplying sheeting and overlaminates. The contractor must deliver quality, technically accurate deliverables in rolls that are free from ragged edges, cracks, and extraneous materials, with all work performed offsite. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and submit all questions through U3P no later than October 30, 2026. Proposals undergo a multi-stage evaluation process starting with an initial responsiveness review, followed by a technical evaluation using subjective criteria. Vendors that meet the minimum technical score threshold advance to the cost evaluation stage, where the lowest total cost receives maximum points and other bids receive points based on a percentage formula.
