Unified Communication Equipment, Software Support and Professional Services

Lakeridge Health is seeking unified communication equipment, software support, and professional services to perform a hardware refresh to Cisco UCS M7 series servers and migrate core Cisco Telephony and Collaboration Infrastructure from version 12.5 to 15.x. The scope of work includes deploying new infrastructure, upgrading and migrating applications, migrating Cisco licensing and validating compliance, and providing cutover and post-go-live support onsite across multiple locations in Canada. This procurement is open to onshore Canadian suppliers, and respondents must attest whether they qualify as an Ontario Business. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement portal by November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, and all clarification questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualitative professional service requirements (30 points) and pricing (70 points total, split between equipment, licenses, and support for 50 points, and professional services for 20 points). The initial contract term is five years, and all prices must be provided in Canadian dollars inclusive of labor, materials, travel, freight, and overhead.
