Cloud-Based End User Computing Solution

The Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, requires a supplier to provide enterprise-wide, cloud-based End User Computing (EUC) services to Executive Branch agencies and other public bodies. The requested scope encompasses fully managed, secure end-to-end service delivery, including device support, software support, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and financial and asset tracking processes for all workstations and devices. The vendor must provide the MSI integrator with full, uninhibited real-time visibility into the content and configuration of all provided EUC tools. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will be offsite.
