Rodeo Production and Stock Contractor Services

The Grand County Board of County Commissioners and the Middle Park Fair and Rodeo Board seek qualified stock contractors to provide turnkey rodeo production services for the annual Middle Park Fair and Rodeo in Kremmling, Colorado. The selected contractor must supply livestock, professional personnel, grand entry management, and animal care for CPRA-sanctioned events, ranch rodeos, or junior rodeos over a one-year contract term. Eligible onshore U.S. organizations must maintain good standing with the Colorado Pro Rodeo Association and possess required insurance naming the county and rodeo board as additional insured. Applicants must submit a proposal packet containing a company overview, proof of producing at least five contracted rodeos in the last two years, two reference letters, a livestock portfolio, and an itemized cost proposal to [email protected] or by mail to PO Box 344, Kremmling, CO 80459 by the due date.
