The Corporation of the County of Bruce seeks a vendor to provide a long-term care oxygen therapy clinical and support service program for residents and staff at Gateway Haven in Wiarton and Brucelea Haven in Walkerton, Ontario. The requested scope includes equipment and supplies, loaner equipment, resident and staff education, oxygen delivery systems, emergency and after-hours service, fast response times, usage data, and complaint processes. Performance of the work will be onsite, and the contract term is for one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in Canada only. Applicants must upload required submission files and forms to the Bruce County Bonfire portal by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time, with all questions due by November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. Proposals must include an all-inclusive fixed lump sum fee, cover sheet, background and experience, accessibility forms, and an outline of strategies and staff qualifications. County staff evaluate proposals based on compliance with RFP requirements and established evaluation criteria, with no commitment to accept the lowest bid.
