Baseline Physical Examinations Service

The City of New Orleans Department of Finance Purchasing Bureau, on behalf of the New Orleans Fire Department, needs baseline physical examinations services for employees. Bidders must provide medical examinations and procedures performed by or under the supervision of a licensed physician, preferably one knowledgeable in occupational medicine, without cost or loss of pay to employees. Performance of work will be onsite or offsite in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bidding is open to onshore USA organizations only. Interested parties may attend an optional virtual or in-person pre-bid conference on October 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bidders must submit proposals with all required forms, including an occupational license, tax clearance form, non-collusion affidavit, and proof of authority, with all bids remaining valid for 90 calendar days after the bid deadline. Upon request, the successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and performance bonds. The contract duration is 12 months, beginning upon contract execution.
