Financial Advisor Services

The Township of North Brunswick seeks a qualified onshore US vendor to provide financial advisor services, including financial advice for the issuance of bonds and notes in anticipation of future bond issuances. Work will be performed offsite, and the certified funds for these services will be designated by the chief financial officer from improvement authorization proceeds. Proposals must be submitted online only through the OpenGov supplier portal lockbox before the response deadline on November 13, 2026, at 11:00 am. Submissions must include the required proposal submission documents, a rate schedule, payment conditions, and a ownership disclosure statement, alongside a NJ Business Registration Certificate and W-9 prior to contract award. An appointed evaluation committee will assess and rank proposals based on weighted criteria to determine the award.
