Municipal Planning Board Planner Professional Services for the Township of Florence

The Township of Florence needs offsite planning board planner services from a USA-based, New Jersey licensed firm with at least 10 years of municipal planning experience, including extensive knowledge of the MLUL, COAH, and Master Plans. Candidates in solo practice must meet the firm experience requirement, and the primary individual assigned must have at least five years of experience as a municipal consultant or planning board planner. Applicants must submit one thumb drive containing PDF files and six original paper copies in a sealed envelope to the Township Clerk by 10:00 AM on November 12, 2026. Submissions must include an explanation of minimum requirements, at least three local government references, the identified primary planner, a proposed fee schedule, a Business Registration Certificate, a Valid Certificate of Employee Information Reporting, a Certificate of Insurance, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities with Iran. The contract term is for one year.
