Park-n-Ride Passenger Activity Data Collection Service

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) needs qualified consultant services to conduct a comprehensive Park-n-Ride data collection study across selected facilities in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan region. The selected consultant must submit a Data Collection Plan, perform offsite weekday data collection using video, automated image processing, or Bluetooth/Wi-Fi technologies, implement a QA/QC program, and deliver structured data alongside a Final Report. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit digital responses online or via email, including a lump sum cost proposal that covers all required work, optional tasks, and unit costs. RTD will hold a pre-bid meeting on October 28, 2026, and all questions are due by November 6, 2026.
