Property Improvement Services Including Roof, Siding, Gutter, and Exterior Paint Work

The City of Des Moines needs contractors to provide various property improvement services for calendar year 2027. The scope of work includes onsite services such as roof, gutter, siding, and exterior paint work, alongside structure demolition, interior repairs, landscaping, minor moving, HVAC replacement, environmental remediation, and general contractor small jobs. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations registered with the State of Iowa, the City of Des Moines, and the Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing. Depending on the specific service provided, contractors must upload required licenses and certifications with their response, including a Master Level Plumbing & Mechanical Systems License, Lead Abatement Contractor Certification, Asbestos License, or Radon Specialist Certifications.
