Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring Renewal Service

Washington County requires a vendor to provide a Splunk infrastructure monitoring renewal service for a one-year contract term. The requested scope includes a Splunk cloud subscription with a standard success plan for 50 GB per day, including 4,500 GB of storage. Only United States onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Proposers must submit quotes digitally via email or online by November 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET, along with a completed Government-Wide Debarment and Suspension attachment. Proposers may submit questions electronically through the online bidding system by November 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET, and a non-mandatory pre-quote conference takes place on October 28, 2026.
