Beyond Trust Remote Support Licenses Services

The Illinois Secretary of State seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide BeyondTrust Technical Support (Part # RS-CLOUD-EP, 1 year) and BeyondTrust Remote Support Licenses (Part # RSU-CLOUD, 1 year). Vendors must perform the work offsite from their own office premises. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must complete and submit all required solicitation forms, signature areas, and a price proposal in full accordance with the Invitation for Bid instructions. Vendors must also complete either the Vendor Disclosure form or the IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure form. The resulting contract will run from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with no option to renew.
