MountainHeart Community Services, Inc. seeks a licensed Certified Public Accountant to perform an agency-wide financial and compliance A-133 audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The selected offeror must prepare audit reports in accordance with OMB Circular No. A-133, file Form 990, deliver a draft report by June 14, 2027, and submit three final audit reports by June 30, 2027. Work will be performed offsite. Only licensed Certified Public Accountants are eligible to respond. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or as hard copies in sealed envelopes to Dreama Padgett in Oceana, WV, by 4:00 p.m. on November 20, 2026. Submissions must include two copies of technical qualifications and two copies of pricing information provided in a separate sealed envelope detailing estimated hours, hourly rates, and out-of-pocket expenses. MountainHeart Community Services, Inc. evaluates proposals on technical qualifications, prior auditing experience, peer review records, and price, with the right to award without further discussion. The contract covers the 2026 fiscal year audit and includes options for additional years.
