Ontario Health Solicitation for Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform

Ontario Health is seeking proposals for a multi-tenant, highly available Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) to support its multi-cloud Azure and AWS environments. The contractor must provide, operate, support, and maintain the platform offsite with Cloud Security Posture Management enabled by default, runtime protection, AI-assisted analytics, vulnerability management, and API security. The contract term is for one year. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian organizations. Questions must be submitted by November 5, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Toronto time, and final proposals are due November 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Toronto time. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, including a completed Key Personnel List Form and a firm monthly rate per vendor-calculated billable unit.
