Request for Information for Hospital and Health Sector Board Education and Training Program Services

The Ontario Ministry of Health, through Ontario Shared Services, is issuing this Request for Information to gather marketplace feedback regarding education and training program services for hospital and health sector boards. The Ministry seeks details on curriculum development, education delivery, learning management systems, evaluation processes, board governance experience, and indicative pricing models to assist with general planning and future purchasing options. This request is solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a procurement process or binding commitment. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to participate. Interested respondents must submit their information digitally via email or online, including a completed and signed Respondent Submission Form, by November 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Toronto Time. All vendor questions must be submitted through the Ontario Tenders Portal by November 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Toronto Time. Because this is an RFI, submissions will not be evaluated or scored for contract award, and pricing provided will be treated as non-binding.
