Greater Toronto Airports Authority Parking Reservation System Modernization Services

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority is seeking proposals for offsite parking reservation system modernization services. The selected vendor will modernize the core digital Parking Reservation System platform to enable pre-booking and payment, support demand management, and integrate with operations, pricing, and partner channels across facilities in Toronto, Ontario. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations. Proponents must submit a webform to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving full access to the RFP documents. Submissions require two separate electronic envelopes: Envelope 1 for the Technical Proposal with no pricing included, and Envelope 2 for the Financial Proposal using the required Excel Pricing Schedule. An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026. Online questions are due by November 6, 2026, an optional bid intent is due November 12, 2026, and final electronic bid submissions close on November 19, 2026.
