Systems Integrator Preselection for SCADA Integration and Control Panel Fabrication Services

The City of Dodge Center requires qualified systems integrators for its Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements project. The selected integrator will provide control panel fabrication and SCADA integration services, which will be managed by the general contractor as a prenegotiated, competitively established allowance within the overall construction contract. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Applicants must submit a Statement of Qualifications via email to Mark Barwald, Jennifer Svennes, and Craig Britton by November 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. The City anticipates short-listing two proposers to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals and potential in-person interviews.
