Government of Nunavut Solicitation for Offsite Supply of Laptops and Software

The Government of Nunavut requires new and unused laptops and software with business-class hardware security features, manufacturer warranties, and included AC power adapters. Suppliers must perform the work offsite at their own office premises, provide device serial numbers, register all software licenses and warranties to the Government of Nunavut, and transfer all recycling credits to the GN Department of Education. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid, and the NNI Regulations apply to this tender. Bidders must submit unit pricing in Canadian Dollars exclusive of GST for every listed item. The Government of Nunavut accepts bids submitted by hand, fax, or uploaded via the Nunavut Tenders Bid Box, provided they include a physically handwritten signature on the required Bid Form and a signed Declaration of Conformity. The submission deadline is November 4, 2026, at 16:00 ET.
