Network Electronics Service

Kings Canyon Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to furnish and drop-ship specialized network electronics equipment. The scope includes Fortinet or equivalent hardware, such as 18-port and 10-port switches, a Layer 2/3 switch controller compatible switch, and a 1-year FortiCare Premium Support agreement. The contract term is one year, with performance based in Reedley, California. Only onshore USA-based vendors are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit their complete bid packages electronically through the Infinity Projects website prior to the proposal deadline. Submissions must include a completed Proposal Form, an Electronic Item 21 Attachment Sheet in the original spreadsheet format, a notarized Noncollusion Affidavit, a State Master Contract Form listing contract numbers, and two signed copies of the vendor's Service Provider Agreement with the district's E-rate Attachment incorporated. Substitution requests must be received at least ten days before proposals are due.
