Commonwealth of Pennsylvania RFI for Mobile Application Service for Victim Advocate Communication

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is issuing this Request for Information to gather details to assist in developing a solicitation for a mobile application solution. The agency needs a secure mobile application that integrates with the Office of Victim Advocate's internal case management application. The solution must allow clients to view letters via a PDF viewer, receive push notifications, update contact information, and send document attachments related to specific offenders. Only onshore vendors located within the USA are eligible to participate. Interested vendors must submit their responses via email to Amanda Wasko at [email protected] by November 15, 2024. Submissions must include a cover letter on company letterhead and a completed Attachment A questionnaire. The Commonwealth will not award a contract directly from this RFI or pay for the information received.
