Pennsylvania Department of Revenue RFI for Secure and Confidential Data Capturing Tool

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, issues this Request for Information to assist in developing a solicitation for a secure and confidential data capturing tool. The Department needs a solution to manage and protect sensitive data captured from scanned documents, such as taxpayer information and social security numbers, using OpenText's Intelligent Capture software. The overall project scope envisions offsite work under a one-year contract term, but this request is strictly for planning and specifications. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors based in the United States. Interested firms must submit a cover letter on company letterhead and a completed Questionnaire Attachment A via email to Rachel Peters by 16:00 on Friday, November 6th. The Commonwealth will evaluate responses to formulate specs, realistic timeframes, and cost structures, but it will not award a contract or pay for the information submitted.
