Maintenance and Repairs for C-Cure 9000 Electronic Security System for MnDOT

The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Transportation, is seeking proposals for electronic access system maintenance and repair services in St. Paul, Minnesota. The selected contractor must provide maintenance, installation, and repair services for C-Cure 9000 Electronic Security Systems, system software, position sensors, electronic access control systems, and electrically operated 24 VDC door hardware. Bidding is open to onshore USA organizations that are authorized technicians for C-Cure 9000 systems. All questions must be submitted by November 04, 2026, and final proposals must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by 2:00 PM Central Time on November 13, 2026. Required submission materials include Attachments A, B, D, and E, along with Exhibit D Price Schedule and product specifications. Proposals will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for mandatory requirements, followed by a 1,000-point scoring system based on cost (900 points) and acceptance of state terms (100 points). The anticipated contract period is one year.
