Collingswood Board of Education Substitute Nursing Staffing Services

The Collingswood Board of Education seeks a qualified nursing staffing service to recruit, screen, and supply substitute Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses on an as-needed basis. The contracted vendor will support student health services during staff absences, vacancies, and other district needs across a one-year contract term in Collingswood, New Jersey. Eligible onshore USA organizations must verify all nurse credentials, licenses, background clearances, and CPR/AED certifications prior to placement. Applicants must submit one original RFP package by November 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. digitally via email or online, or by hard copy with original signatures. Submissions must include separate RN and LPN pricing rates, a Vendor Questionnaire, Chapter 271 Political Contribution Disclosure Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Insurance, and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. An evaluation committee will score proposals based on the respondent's relative experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the highest quality of service.
