Borough of Roseland Request for Qualifications for 2027 Tax Appeal Attorney Services

The Borough of Roseland is seeking proposals from qualified USA onshore professionals to serve as a Tax Appeal Attorney for 2027. The selected attorney will provide professional services to defend claims assigned by the Borough Council, attend periodic meetings with the Tax Assessor and government representatives, and perform duties prescribed by applicable law. All awards remain subject to the availability of funds in the 2027 Temporary or Final Budgets. Applicants must submit one original and one digital copy via flash drive or CD by mail, in person, or digitally by November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM local prevailing time. Submissions must include proof of business registration, resumes for key personnel, professional licenses, fee information, three references, and required certifications. The Borough will evaluate proposals based on firm qualifications and experience, attorney and key personnel qualifications, and cost competitiveness.
