Borough of Roseland Engineering, Special Projects, and LSRP Professional Services

The Borough of Roseland is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to serve as Borough Engineer, Special Projects Engineer, and Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). The selected vendor will prepare plans, designs, and specifications for public works and capital improvement projects, review and approve land subdivision developments, serve as soil removal officer, and provide advisory reports to the Mayor and Council. Multi-disciplined firms with at least ten years of experience in municipal engineering are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit one original and one digital copy via flash drive or CD by mail or in-person drop box to the Qualified Purchasing Agent by November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Proposals must include a fee schedule indicating hourly rates or lump sum fees, team member resumes, professional licenses, and at least three references. The contract period will run for one year for the 2027 calendar term, and the selected firm must provide proof of business registration and required insurance coverages.
