Design Services for the Water Well No. 30 Rehabilitation Project

The City of Stockton seeks design services for the Water Well No. 30 Rehabilitation project. The selected consultant must perform a condition assessment of Well No. 30, review historical data, conduct data collection and site assessments, and develop a Preliminary Design Report. Additionally, the scope includes preparing civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation improvements for bidding and construction contract documents, along with addressing cost estimates, utility impacts, right-of-way concerns, and environmental clearance. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. A non-mandatory job walk is scheduled for November 5, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 16, 2026. Bidders can submit proposals digitally via email or online, or deliver them to the Office of the City Clerk by 2:00 P.M. on December 3, 2026.
