Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES Bids for Cooperative Custodial Supplies Delivery

The Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Second Supervisory District of Monroe and Orleans Counties (Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES) is soliciting bids for cooperative custodial supplies. The required scope includes products such as brooms, mops, dispensers, floor products, general cleaning supplies, gloves, pads, sponges, paper products, towels, and wipes. Eligible bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations that comply with all certification, instructions, and insurance coverage requirements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Wendy Vergamini, Director of Procurement, in Spencerport, NY, prior to the bid opening at 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2026. Submissions must include a complete W-9, required certifications, customer references, catalog discounts, and a price sheet provided on both a flash drive in Excel format and a paper copy; email and fax submissions are not allowed. Written questions must be received no later than five business days before the bid opening. Awards will be recommended to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for a contract term running from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028.
