City of Prescott High Performance Fireworks Entertainment and Drone Show Service

The City of Prescott, Arizona is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed production companies to design, set up, and execute a high-performance fireworks display and drone show for the annual 4th of July Freedom Fest. The selected firm will provide all necessary equipment, personnel, electronic firing systems, security, site cleanup within 24 hours, and transportation for the annual events from 2027 through 2031. Proposals must incorporate creative concepts, patriotic and Prescott-specific themes, choreography, and a 10-to-12-minute synchronized drone show. Eligible applicants are USA-based organizations with experience in producing similar municipal events. Questions must be submitted by November 10, 2026, and final proposals are due by Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm Arizona time via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Proposals must not exceed ten single-sided pages plus a one-page cover letter on company letterhead signed by an authorized officer, along with a list of any subcontractors.
