Anaheim Union High School District E-Rate 30 Network Licenses Services

The Anaheim Union High School District requires software licensing for an on-premise, district-wide network upgrade under RFP 2027-09 (E-Rate 30 Network Licenses). Eligible USA onshore organizations must provide E-Rate network license services for offsite performance. Service providers must maintain full compliance with FCC and USAC E-Rate rules, possess a Service Provider Identification Number, hold a Commission Registration Number, and not be in Red Light Status at proposal submission. Bidders must submit proposals online through the AUHSD Online Bonfire Bidding Hub by November 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. PST. Bidders must include a signed E-Rate Supplemental Terms and Conditions form with their proposal, execute criminal records check certifications prior to work, and meet specified insurance requirements. The District will select a license term of 1, 3, or 5 years at its discretion, with pricing held firm for the duration of the associated E-Rate Funding Years.
