Cloud-Hosted NG911 Call Handling Solution Replacement for Waukesha County

Waukesha County requires a vendor to provide an offsite, cloud-hosted NG911 call handling solution. The vendor must replace and enhance the current system with an i3 capable, IP-based platform featuring open architecture technology, receipt of 9-1-1 text and multimedia calls, automatic call distribution, instant messaging, instant recall recording, and basic SIP trunk interfaces. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit proposals electronically through the Waukesha County Bonfire Procurement Portal, including signed copies of Page 1 and the RFP Signature Page. Questions are due no later than November 12, 2026.
