North Central Texas Council of Governments Youth Career Exploration Event Services

The North Central Texas Council of Governments, on behalf of Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas, seeks organizations to host Youth Career Exploration events. Selected vendors will design engaging offsite events, activities, and workshops for youth ages 11–24 and their parents to help explore career pathways and connect with local resources across 14 designated Texas counties. Special consideration will be given to proposals serving rural and under-served areas. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and partnerships between entities are encouraged. The pre-bid meeting occurs on November 3, 2026, with questions due by November 16, 2026. Electronic proposals must be uploaded via Bidnet Direct by 5:00 P.M. Central Time on November 23, 2026. Submissions will be evaluated up to 100 points based on organizational capacity and experience, quality of event design, reporting and outcomes, and cost effectiveness. The contract term is for one year, and all funded deliverables must be completed by September 15, 2027.
