Ocean Water Testing Services — DEPARTMENT

The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County seeks proposals for offsite, as-needed ocean water testing services following unpredictable sewage spills into public beaches. To be eligible, bidders must be a USA-based onshore organization and must register in the County's WebVen system prior to bid submission. Bidders must also provide required insurance programs prior to commencing services. All submissions must be uploaded through the online Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal along with completed Appendix A forms, county specifications, and required attachments. Paper bids will not be accepted. Bids are due by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on November 5, 2026. Written questions must be submitted by email no later than October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time, citing the specific page number, exhibit, and passage. The buyer will release answers in an amendment on October 30, 2026.
