Custodial and Cleaning Services for 26 City of Pittsburgh Facilities

The City of Pittsburgh seeks an onshore USA vendor to provide custodial and cleaning services across 26 facilities. The scope includes cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, showers, carpeted areas, floors, stairwells, windows, mirrors, and custodial closets, as well as daily trash removal and restocking paper towel and toilet tissue dispensers. The contractor must supply cleaning products and paper goods that satisfy specific environmental standards, including post-consumer recycled content minimums and GreenSeal, Ecologo, CFPA, or EPA registrations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and all work must occur onsite. Bidders must submit questions no later than November 11, 2026.
