LACOE Daily Janitorial Services and Facility Cleaning Scope

The Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) requires a contractor to provide daily janitorial services, cleaning materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision across specified LACOE sites. The scope includes daily vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, sanitizing drinking fountains, floor stripping and waxing, restocking supplies, and light bulb changes. Emergency and special services must be available on a 24-hour basis with a two-hour response time.
