Dallas College Daily Armored Car Pickup and Delivery Services

Dallas College is issuing a Request for Bid seeking a qualified, licensed, and experienced supplier to provide daily armored car services across all designated college locations from Monday through Friday. The selected contractor will handle the pickup and delivery of bank deposits and change orders, provide a bond for loss, and secure any deposits that cannot be delivered on the same day. Eligibility is limited to USA-based onshore organizations that can perform work onsite and ensure their personnel maintain professional conduct in an educational environment. Suppliers must submit their bids electronically via Workday Strategic Sourcing by 2:00 P.M. CST on November 12, 2026, as emailed or late submissions will be disqualified. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026. The contract term is for three years, with Dallas College retaining the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods.
